The existing lobby was a drab design dating from the 1960s.

Except for the walls, the architect specified all new finishes -- especially the floor tiles and elevator trim.

I designed the entire ceiling structure including custom fixtures.  Extensive mock-ups were built to verify everything prior to fabrication and installation.
